Q. What is the temporary voice mail password for new wireless service?
A: The temporary password for voice mail is 1 and the last four digits of the wireless number.
Q: What is *611 and how does it work?
A: *611 is used to tell you which wireless network you are currently receiving signal from. This can determine if you are roaming. If you dial *611 and hear ANYTHING BUT "Welcome to Verizon Wireless", then you are roaming. Calling *611 is Airtime free.
Q: What is *228 and how does it work?
A: *228 is used to update the devices software. There are two options when pressing *228. Press 2 for option 2, and this will update the software in the phone. The device should be updated every month to ensure the most recent version of software is on the device.
Q: When do your minutes start and end each month?

Q: When can you purchase a wireless phone?
A: When you have paid your first bill in full. When there are no non payment fees within the past 6 months on your account. When your bill is current. If you do not have any services with us, we are required to run a credit check. Depending on the credit score, a deposit may be required or service may be denied.
Q: What is the difference between Close plans and CloseFamily plans?
CloseFamily plans are just the shared versions of the Close plans. You will pay an extra 14.50 per phone added if you decide to share the minutes. All CloseFamily plans have the added feature of being able to call any members in your CloseFamily plan for free!
Q: How long does it take for me to receive my wireless phone?
A: All orders that we receive are shipped within 3 to 5 business days via Fed Ex or UPS with a signature requirement upon delivery.
Q: What is the difference between the manufacturers warranty and our warranty for $59.99?
A: The manufacturers warranty is included with every purchase. It covers the phone for one year after the purchase date for factory defects in the phone. This does not include physical damage, water damage or any accidental breaking of the phone. It includes any malfunction the phone may have prior to you receiving your phone. The warranty that we offer for $59.99 covers ANY physical damage, water damage, or accidental breaking of the phone. This warranty goes alongside the manufacturers warranty for the first year.
Q. Fast Shipment?
A: Fast shipments are completed within 24 to 48 hrs after the order has been placed. There is no additional charge for an expedited order.
Q. Over Nighted Orders?
A: If you need the order to be over nighted there is an Over Night Fee that does vary between $25-$50. This depends on what state you want the phone shipped to.
Q. Why would I be required to pay a deposit?
A: When you do not have any other services with us. When you have any non-payment fee on your account within the past 6 months. If your credit score does not meet our criteria.
Q. If you pay a deposit for your service, when is the deposit applied back to your account?
A: After 6 months of consecutive bill payments, without any non payment or delinquent fees of any kind.
Q. What credit score determines that you can not get wireless service?
A: If your credit score is below a specific score then you are not eligible for wireless service, or we may require a deposit of $175.
